About the team

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of enterprise strategy at Angi. The Enterprise Strategy & Operations team is focused on supporting the identification and execution of growth strategies within the Enterprise Pro segment.

About the Role

The Senior Manager of Enterprise Strategy & Operations will work directly with the Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy & Operations to drive enterprise growth on the platform by diving into the data to find opportunities for improvement, putting together business cases, and driving large cross-functional change. You will devise strategy, build frameworks, structure solutions, manage projects and drive & measure results in the most critical areas of the business. 

In this role, you will own and/or support impactful strategic priorities; work with sales, analytics, data science, operations and product teams to identify test ideas and execute. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are seeking a role combining data-driven decision making with strategic initiatives to make an impact in Angi’s growth story for 2025 and beyond.

What you’ll do

  • Independently own key strategic initiatives (or critical work streams within it) from initial concept and business case, through execution and success measurement.
  • Alongside an all-star team of peers and stakeholders, steer quantitative and qualitative research efforts into financial and operational drivers of Pro success and inform decision-making.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, including measurable outcomes
  • Develop clear presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
  • Establish effective communication channels for ongoing collaboration
  • Develop relationships with 3rd party business partners
  • Program manage joint partnership initiatives (e.g., integrations)
  • Provide thought partnership to the Enterprise Sales teams, in addition to cross-functional partners
  • Program manage large strategic changes that involve many teams and span multiple months, building cross-functional buy-in and collaboration, and providing updates and impact to senior leadership
  • Ensure smooth implementation and adaptation to new strategies

Who you are

  • Self-starter; owner; someone who can manage and execute projects to completion
  • Strong analytical skills – proficiency in modeling, basic SQL is a plus
  • First class communication skills
  • Maintain a careful balance between attention to detail and swift execution
  • Analytical rigor – ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations
  • Has a strong bias for action
  • Thrive with ambiguity
  • Team player; collaborates and influences effectively with cross-functional team members across the organization

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 4-8 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development or operations experience 
  • Strong analytical and execution background - demonstrated experience gathering data from various sources and driving strategic insight and decision-making 
  • Management consulting experience at a top firm strongly is a plus
  • Startup experience is a plus
  • A strong interest in Angi, home services, marketplaces and product-driven organizations

Compensation & Benefits

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $135,000 - $150,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living. 
  • This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
