Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts
Angi is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a high-performing team of senior individual contributors responsible for managing and growing relationships with our largest Home Service Professional partners. This leader will play a critical role in shaping how we support, grow, and retain our most strategic partnerships while driving operational excellence across the team.
This role blends team leadership, strategic account management, and operational strategy. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing the capabilities of the Account Management team, driving revenue growth across the portfolio, and using data-driven insights to improve how we engage with and support our partners.
Success in this role requires a leader who thrives in ambiguity, brings strong analytical thinking, and can translate strategy into clear priorities and execution across the team. This individual will partner closely with the Director and SVP of Strategic Accounts alongside cross-functional teams to continuously improve the partner experience while delivering strong business outcomes.
About the team
The Strategic Partnerships team manages relationships with Angi’s largest Service Professional partners, representing millions in annual revenue and playing a critical role in the growth of our platform. The team works closely with partners to improve their outcomes on Angi through strategic guidance, operational support, and data-driven recommendations.
What you’ll do:
The Senior Manager will lead a team of Account Managers while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable processes, improve performance insights, and drive long-term partner success.
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team

- Set a high bar for performance, professionalism, and strategic thinking across the team.
- Develop team capabilities in analytical thinking, strategic account management, and executive-level partner engagement.
- Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Lead from the front: conducting 10–15 high-stakes negotiation and escalation calls per week. Act as a critical filter and de-escalator when tensions run high.
- Independently resolve complex Pro issues by joining external calls with your team, determining with precision which items require executive intervention versus those you can resolve through expert negotiation.
Drive Revenue Growth and Strategic Partner Success
- Lead the team in delivering on quarterly and annual revenue goals across their books of business.
- Partner with Account Managers to identify growth opportunities, expansion strategies, and risk mitigation within strategic accounts.
- Engage with partner executives to deepen relationships and unlock new opportunities.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality account planning across the team.
Use Data to Drive Decisions and Performance
- Develop and maintain a forward-looking view of partner performance, identifying emerging risks and growth opportunities.
- Establish clear performance metrics and reporting to track account health, team productivity, and business impact.
- Partner with Analytics and Product teams to improve data availability and reporting capabilities that enable smarter decision-making.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for both internal teams and external partners.
Lead Strategic Initiatives and Operational Improvements
- Own key initiatives that improve how the team operates, from redefining KPIs to improving partner engagement models and internal workflows.
- Develop scalable processes and frameworks that allow the team to operate efficiently while maintaining a high level of service for strategic partners.
- Support strategic planning and prioritization through research, quantitative analysis, and business modeling.
- Lead cross-functional projects that enhance the end-to-end partner experience.
Influence Cross-Functional Strategy

- Strategic thinker who can connect day-to-day operations with long-term business goals.
