
Project Coordinator(Manager Level)

Job Responsibilities:
- Work with project team to plan, coordinate and monitor activities of research projects and clinical projects, establish timelines, and track project progress against the established timelines and assigned tasks.
- Generate insightful minutes, reports and communications to inform a very broad stakeholder community of progress, expected deliveries, and future plans.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and support internal cross-functional communications, including the follow up of project meetings and timely resolution of action items along with maintenance.
- Assist in project risk identification, assessment, management, and mitigation.
- Support other assigned project-related tasks, including international shipment and customs issues of reagents & samples for research project use, project-related materials preparation to support fundraising activities, partnership activities, etc.
- Partner with other leaders across the clinical development teams to determine resource needs for planning and delivery.
- Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or above in bioscience and the relevant fields, with knowledge of the drug development processes.
- 2-5 years’ experience in innovative drug R&D project management experience, at least one year clinical project management experience would be preferable.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, strong learning ability, great interpersonal skills and team player who enjoys working on a cross-functional team.
- Fluent in English, both for written and oral communications.
