Position Overview:

The Operations Manager/ Sr. Manager is a key driver of cross-functional collaboration and the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Acting as a central link between internal teams and external stakeholders, this role combines project management expertise with strategic insight to support senior leadership. You will be involved in complex projects, optimize communication channels, and provide actionable recommendations that enable timely decisions and effective risk mitigation. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company’s growth by fostering efficiency, transparency, and alignment across diverse teams. This role is in CEO Office, reporting to Director, Operations.

Job responsibilities:

1. Cross-functional Coordination & Project Management

  • Assist the Operations Director in overseeing key projects, coordinating cross-functional activities, organizing project information, and ensuring projects progress as planned.
  • Develop and track overall project timelines and progress, identify and assess risks, collect information from cross-functional teams, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and propose relevant solutions.
  • Organize project meetings, prepare agendas and materials, draft meeting minutes, track task completion, and ensure decisions and action items are communicated and implemented promptly.
  • Promote inter-team communication, resolve collaboration barriers, and foster an efficient and open working environment.

2. Strategic Support & Decision Assistance

  • Communicate with R&D, operations, and other stakeholders to collect and consolidate information, supporting senior management decision-making and risk management.
  • Prepare communication materials for internal stakeholders, shareholders, investors, and strategic partners, including operations updates and R&D pipeline progress updates.
  • Collect and analyze external feedback to ensure accurate information delivery and maintain efficient internal and external communication channels.

3. Special Assignments & Operations Support

  • Execute ad-hoc strategic tasks or special projects as required by company development needs.
  • Support other operations management-related tasks.

  • 组织项目会议,准备议程及材料,撰写会议纪要,跟踪任务完成情况,确保会议决策和行动项及时传达与落实。
  • 促进跨团队沟通,解决协作障碍,营造高效、开放的工作氛围。

2. 战略支持与决策协助

  • 与研发、运营等相关方沟通,收集并整合信息,支持公司领导层决策及风险管理。
  • 准备面向公司内部、股东、投资人及战略合作伙伴的沟通材料,包括业务进展及研发管线更新。
  • 收集并分析外部反馈,确保信息传递准确,维护高效的内部与外部沟通渠道。

3. 专项任务与运营支持

  • 根据公司发展需要,执行临时性战略任务或专项项目。
  • 支持运营管理相关的其他工作。

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum Requirements- Education and Experience:
    • Master’s degree in biopharmaceuticals or pharmacy-related fields;
    • Manager level: 3-5 years of project management experience in the biopharmaceutical industry;
    • Sr. Manager level: 5-8 years of project management experience in the biopharmaceutical industry;
    • Experience in project initiation analysis, competitive intelligence analysis, regulatory registration project management, or clinical project management is preferred.
  • Fluent English for daily work, including meetings and written communication.
  • Thorough understanding of new drug development processes, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional and diverse teams.
  • Proactive thinking, problem analysis and solving skills, able to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong self-motivation and learning ability.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
