岗位职责

一、行政事务执行与日常支持

  1. 协助采购办公用品采购、进出库登记、分发及定期盘点;
  2. 跟进月度水电费、物业费、租金等费用单据整理与支付流程;
  3. 协助行政经理推进日常基础行政事务落地,高效完成领导交办的其他临时性工作。

二、实验室事务辅助与数据整理

  1. 负责药物发现部门、转化医学部门本地实验室各类技术文档、SOP、实验记录、试剂仪器台账的整理、分类、归档与保管;
  2. 协助实验室管理员定期清点实验试剂、仪器设备,完成库存登记与账物核对,按需提报补充需求。
  3. 协助实行政经理和验室管理员协调外部供应商进行实验室维护服务。

 

任职要求

  1. 行政、文秘、管理类相关专业,大专及以上学历。
  2. 2年以上行政相关工作经验,有实验室行政协助经验者优先,优秀应届生可考虑。
  3. 具备文档整理与台账登记能力,细心严谨,能精准完成数据核对与资料归档工作。
  4. 熟悉Office等办公软件操作,可独立处理单据、报表类工作。
  5. 具备良好的沟通协调能力与执行力,有较强的责任心。
