岗位职责 | Position responsibilities and duties：

• 负责创新抗体发现项目的设计与执行，覆盖从动物免疫到候选抗体筛选/确认的完整流程。
• 推动传统抗体发现路径的交付，包括：动物免疫策略设计与优化（如小鼠）、杂交瘤构建/筛选/克隆化，以及抗体功能筛选（如ELISA、细胞功能实验等）。
• 建立并应用新一代单B细胞抗体发现平台流程，包括单B分选（如微流控或高通量系统）、样本制备（脾细胞制备、浆B细胞富集等）、单细胞筛选/回收与下游流程衔接。
• 构建并持续优化高通量抗体发现pipeline，以提升筛选效率、命中率与多样性，并确保流程可重复、可规模化。
• 支持抗体序列获取与分析，包括单细胞RT‑PCR、VH/VL扩增与测序，使用生信软件完成候选序列优选与命中列表产出。
• 作为技术骨干/项目owner，指导初级同事，推动团队能力建设与方法学沉淀。
• 评估与整合新兴技术（例如单B细胞与杂交瘤策略的组合与取舍），制定抗体发现策略并支持项目关键节点决策。
• （资深岗强调）建立/维护关键SOP与QC检查点（免疫、杂交瘤、单B上机与回收、序列获取等），并以数据质量与交付物为导向输出可追溯的实验记录与总结报告。
• （资深岗强调）支持平台稳定运行相关工作（培训、关键耗材规划、供应商/设备沟通），保障筛选通量与数据一致性（如Hypercell单B高通量平台/相关系统）。
• 根据项目和业务需求，完成上级安排的其他相关工作。
• Lead the design and execution of innovative antibody discovery projects, covering the full workflow from immunization to candidate selection.
• Drive antibody discovery using conventional approaches, including: design and optimization of animal immunization strategies (e.g., mouse), hybridoma generation/screening/cloning, and antibody functional screening (ELISA, cell-based assays, etc.).
• Establish and implement next-generation single B cell-based antibody discovery workflows, including single B cell sorting (e.g., microfluidics or high-throughput systems), sample preparation (splenocyte preparation, plasma B cell enrichment, etc.), single-cell screening/recovery, and downstream workflow integration.
• Build and optimize high-throughput antibody discovery pipelines to improve efficiency, hit rate, and diversity, with a focus on robustness and reproducibility.
• Support antibody sequence generation and analysis, including single-cell RT-PCR, VH/VL amplification and sequencing, and utilizing bioinformatic tools for candidate selection and hit list generation.
• Act as a technical lead or project owner, mentoring junior scientists and driving team capability building.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., single B cell vs hybridoma strategies) and help define antibody discovery strategies for key project milestones.
• (Senior scope) Develop, document, and maintain SOPs and QC checkpoints across immunization, hybridoma, and single B cell workflows; deliver traceable records, data packages, and technical summaries.
• (Senior scope) Support platform operational readiness (training, key consumables planning, and vendor/equipment interfacing) to ensure stable throughput and data consistency for high-throughput single-cell screening platforms (e.g., Hypercell or similar systems).
• Perform other duties as assigned, in alignment with project and business needs.

任职资格/Qualifications:

教育背景 | Education

• 博士优先：免疫学、生物学、药学或相关领域博士；亦可考虑硕士学历但具有丰富相关经验者。
• PhD. preferred/required in Immunology, Biology, Pharmacy, or related field (Master’s with extensive experience may be considered).

工作经验 | Experience

• Scientist：博士 ≥3年（或硕士 ≥ 6-8年）抗体发现/筛选相关经验。
• Senior Scientist：博士 ≥6年（或硕士 ≥ 9年）抗体发现与/或平台流程建设经验。
• 特别优秀者可适当放宽年限（以项目深度与实际交付为准）。
• Scientist: Ph.D. with ≥3 years (or M.S. with ≥ 6-8 years) of relevant antibody discovery experience.
• Senior Scientist: Ph.D. with ≥6 years (or M.S. with ≥ 9 years) of relevant antibody discovery and/or platform development experience.
• Exceptional candidates may be considered with flexibility on years of experience (based on project depth and deliverables).

专业技能 | Technical Skills

必须具备 | Required

• 扎实的抗体发现动手经验：动物免疫策略设计与执行；杂交瘤抗体制备与筛选。
• 深入理解并能熟练应用抗体筛选/功能验证方法：ELISA、流式细胞术、细胞功能实验等。
• Strong hands-on experience in antibody discovery, including animal immunization strategy design/execution and hybridoma-based antibody generation/screening.
• Deep understanding of antibody screening and functional assays: ELISA, flow cytometry, and cell-based assays.

加分项 | Preferred

• 单B细胞抗体发现经验：单细胞分选（微流控/FACS）、单细胞VH/VL获取与测序。
• 有高通量抗体发现平台经验（如Hypercell或类似系统）及相关工作流理解。
• 额外优势：NGS数据分析、抗体工程（人源化、亲和力成熟）、双抗/多抗经验。
• Experience with single B-cell antibody discovery: single-cell sorting (microfluidics/FACS) and VH/VL sequencing from single cells.
• Experience with high-throughput antibody discovery platforms (e.g., Hypercell or similar systems) and related workflows.
• Additional strengths: NGS data analysis, antibody engineering (humanization, affinity maturation), and bispecific/multispecific antibodies.
