As a Project Manager, you will collaborate across teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, to spec, and with a high degree of quality. You’ll play an active part in streamlining processes and supporting the continuous improvement of our operations. You will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, applying technology to support business goals, and ensuring processes align with our standards and security requirements.

As a Project Manager at Angus Reid Group, you will: 

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project specifications, and document and share project schedules, logistics, and details through project management tools and email.
  • Assist with authoring surveys and implementing sampling plans developed by researchers, and monitor progress against quotas.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the project life cycle.
  • Manage and analyze data using leading market research platforms with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate across internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and recommend effective solutions.

 This may be the right opportunity for you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, College Diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2+ years of experience in a similar role (market research, project coordination, or operations preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think logically and critically.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to collaborate effectively with local and remote teams.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prior survey programming or market research experience is an asset (but not required).
  • Technical skills such as JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, and CSS are considered an advantage.

💵 Competitive Compensation 

  • In determining salary, Angus Reid Group considers many factors including the successful candidate’s skillset and experience as well as internal equity. The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000, with the upper portion typically reserved for tenured employees who have developed extensive job knowledge and expertise within the company.
  • Home office stipend, monthly internet stipend and cellphone stipend.
