About Angus Reid Group
Angus Reid Group (ARG) is a full-service market research and data services powerhouse with offices in Canada and the United States. For decades, we’ve been at the forefront of innovation in the insights industry — helping organizations make better, faster, and smarter business decisions 💡.

As a Sample Quotations Manager, you will oversee sample feasibility and quotation processes across internal panels and external vendors, providing timely and cost-effective sampling solutions to support Research and Sales teams. You’ll manage and maintain our vendor directory, negotiate preferred rates, and gather feedback from internal teams to inform vendor performance and sourcing decisions.
As a Sample Quotations Manager at Angus Reid Group, you will:
- Support internal teams with sample feasibility and quotation delivery
Collaborate with Sales and Research teams to assess sample feasibility and deliver accurate, cost-effective quotations for internal panel and external vendor sources. Review project needs by geography (e.g., Canada, U.S., global), profiling requirements, and timelines to recommend the best sourcing approach. - Coordinate and manage vendor relationships
Solicit, evaluate, and compare quotes from internal and external sources. Maintain and update the sample vendor directory with up-to-date information on capabilities and performance notes. Build and manage relationships with vendors, negotiate preferred pricing and terms, and support onboarding or contract updates as needed. - Inform panel strategy through profiling insight and demand trends
Stay informed on internal panel profiling attributes and collaborate with the Panels team to identify gaps. Share insights into emerging audience needs and internal vs. external sourcing trends to inform profiling and recruitment strategy. - Enhance operational efficiency and reporting
Develop and document streamlined processes for quote intake, sourcing workflows, and vendor tracking. Identify opportunities to leverage automation or AI tools to increase efficiency. Track and report on internal vs. external sourcing volumes, geographic demand patterns, and cost benchmarks to support operational planning.
