Panel Manager

Canada

We’re looking for a Panel Manager to join the Angus Reid Group team!

Reporting to the VP Panels, the Panel Manager is responsible for ensuring our proprietary Canadian panel operates with excellence and delivers meaningful value to the business. This role focuses on developing strong member engagement, deepening profiling, and overseeing day-to-day panel performance as the panel continues to grow and scale.

The Panel Manager will play a lead role in the execution and ongoing success of our Canadian and Provincial Omnibus, which serves as a key vehicle for client work, business development, and panel engagement. This role requires market research experience and comfort working directly with clients to support their use of the omnibus and ensure a high-quality, end-to-end delivery. The Panel Manager will also work closely with Research & Consulting teams, Sales, Operations, and the broader Panels team to coordinate the planning, fielding, and delivery of both omnibus and profiling studies, while also maintaining oversight of the Canadian panel to ensure it is effectively managed, actively engaged, and consistently delivering reliable, high-quality insights.

This role also acts as an internal advocate and champion for the Canadian panel – helping researchers and commercial teams understand its capabilities, value, and opportunities.
