ANINE BING is looking for an intern to join its Brand Marketing team based in Paris.

ANINE BING is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our dynamic team in our Paris office, focusing on Public Relations and Influencer Marketing. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in managing send-outs, supporting press relations, and assisting with influencer campaigns within the European market, with exposure to US activities. 

The intern will work closely with the global team, particularly supporting our Sr Director of Brand Marketing and Global Communications as well as our Coordinator of Brand Marketing and Global Communications and contribute to key initiatives that drive brand visibility, engagement and relevance. 

Responsibilities Include:

• EU Send-Outs/Gifting Management: Manage all European send-outs and gifting processes through NetSuite, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
• US Send-Outs/Gifting Support: Provide support with US send-outs and gifting initiatives, as needed.
• Press Inbox Management:
• Check the press inbox twice weekly.
• Filter and distribute inquiries to the appropriate teams.
• Tribe Campaign Assistance: Assist with the setup and execution of Tribe Campaigns (global influencer marketing platform) for both the US and EU markets.
• Influencer Management/Analytics Tool Support: Utilize and support the management of influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools to track campaign performance and identify key insights.
• Press Support: Support Ben (or the relevant team member) with press efforts, including send-outs, sample management, and other related tasks.

Requirements: 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in either Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, and or Business or a recent graduate.
• Strong interest in public relations, influencer marketing, and the fashion industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with or a strong aptitude to learn CRM systems (specifically NetSuite is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to an international work environment.
