HR Intern – Talent, Engagement & Employer Branding
ANINE BING is looking for a People & Culture Intern to join our People team based in Paris.
This role is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. As a key contributor within our Paris HQ team, the People & Culture Intern brings both strategic curiosity and hands-on support to their work, enhancing our employee experience while staying grounded in the brand’s DNA: refined, fast-moving, and always evolving.
We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating meaningful moments in the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and excited to build something special, together.
This is a 6-month internship based in Paris (1 Rue François 1er, 75008), with a flexible start date in Summer or Fall 2025. The role reports to the Strategic HR Advisor, EU.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support the execution of internal engagement initiatives, team rituals, and cultural events
- Assist with internal communications, including newsletters, onboarding content, and welcome kits
- Help coordinate global HR projects such as onboarding redesigns and early career program structuring
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for cross-functional HR initiatives
- Contribute to local People Ops tasks including file management, HRIS support (Rippling), and contract drafting
- Collaborate on updating the France-specific employee handbook and onboarding tools
- Participate in benchmarking, salary studies, and policy harmonization efforts
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in HR, Business, Communication, Sociology, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and Excel or Google Sheets
- Highly organized, curious, and eager to work across global teams and projects
- Demonstrated interest in HR, organizational design, and employee experience
