Personal Assistant
ANINE BING is looking for a Personal Assistant to report to the Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Anine Bing based in Los Angeles, California.
This role is an opportunity to directly support and enable the creative vision of ANINE BING. As a trusted extension of the Founder, the Personal Assistant plays a vital role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly—bringing organization, discretion, and intuition to a fast-moving environment.
We’re looking for someone who is highly dependable, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to supporting others. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, two steps ahead at all times, and thrives in both high-level coordination and hands-on execution. They take pride in being reliable, polished, and professional—ensuring that the Founder’s time, energy, and focus are always protected and prioritized.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Founder, managing calendar, travel, and daily priorities
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events—ensuring seamless scheduling across time zones
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with personal errands, household coordination, and lifestyle management
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders
- Proactively anticipate needs, helping to ensure the Founder’s time is maximized and focused
- Support with light project management and coordination related to brand, creative, and business initiatives
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives, creatives, or founders
- Prior experience in fashion, entertainment, or lifestyle industries preferred
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities with grace
- Discreet, professional, and trustworthy with sensitive information
- Must be flexible and available at all times, including evenings and weekends, as needed

The target compensation for this role is $25/hr
