Fashion Designer (Tailoring Focus)

ANINE BING is looking for a Junior Fashion Designer – Tailoring to join our Design Studio team based in Paris.

This role is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. As a key contributor within our Paris HQ team, the Junior Fashion Designer brings both creative vision and technical execution to their work—supporting our global growth while staying grounded in the brand’s DNA: refined, fast-moving, and always evolving.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a creative yet performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate combines a sharp eye for detail with a clear sense of proportion and fit. They’re collaborative, resourceful, and energized by building something special—together.

This is a full-time position based at our Paris HQ, reporting to the Head of Design.

Responsibilities Include: 

• Design and develop tailoring silhouettes in line with the ANINE BING’s brand DNA.
• Create technical drawings and design packs (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Work with the head of design and Product Development to refine fittings and ensure design intent is respected.
• Research and propose creative inputs on fabrics, trims, and tailoring details.
• Actively follow and participate in fittings to monitor model development.

Requirements: 

• 2–3 years’ experience in fashion design in tailoring or structured product categories.
• Strong technical drawing and garment construction knowledge.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and ideally PLM tools.
• Creative, autonomous, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of proportion and fit.
