Partner Solutions Architect

Join one of the highest-impact teams at Anomalo!  We’re hiring a Partner Solutions Architect to support Anomalo’s growing Business Development team. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, this person will serve as the technical point of contact for all partner engagements. This role blends technical expertise with relationship-building, enabling our partners and their customers to succeed with Anomalo. You’ll work closely with Systems Integrators (SIs), cloud platforms, and technology partners to drive integrations, enablement, and joint customer success. Partnerships are the silver bullet to Anomalo’s ABX Strategy. We believe in an ecosystem-led growth strategy and are continuing to grow our partner network to meet our growth goals. This role will be pivotal in this growth as we expand our partner network and go deeper with our focus partners. 

What you’ll do as a Partner Solutions Architect at Anomalo:

  • Be the technical POC for partners: Lead demos, presentations, and deep-dive discussions with current and prospective partners, both virtually and in-person (including QBRs)
  • Own technical relationships: Build and maintain trusted relationships with technical counterparts at strategic partners (e.g., SEs and Products leads at Databricks, Snowflake, Atlan, Google, SIs)
  • Scope integrations: Collaborate with partners and Anomalo’s product teams to design and validate integrations that expand our ecosystem
  • Enable SI partners: Partner with the Anomalo Director of Enablement to lead onboarding and enablement sessions for Systems Integrators, ensuring they can confidently implement Anomalo
  • Own partner certification: Develop and manage SI partner certification programs to maintain quality and consistency in delivery
  • Support joint GTM and Pipeline efforts: Partner with your peers across BD, Sales and Marketing on go-to-market initiatives to drive pipeline from our network of partners

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Experience: Over 8 years of professional experience, with 5+ years of experience in customer or partner-facing role (i.e. sales engineer, solutions architect) 
  • Technical expertise: Strong understanding of modern data stack technologies (cloud data warehouses, data lakes, orchestration, data quality, observability) and SQL experience
  • Sense of urgency with ownership mindset
  • Partnership mindset: Experience working with or at Systems Integrators, cloud platforms, or strategic technology partners
  • Communication skills: Exceptional ability to present technical concepts to both technical and business audiences, in-person and virtually
  • Builder mentality: Comfortable creating enablement materials, technical documentation, and scalable programs (like certifications)
  • Collaborative: Thrives in cross-functional work, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams
  • Flexible: You will support customers across multiple time zones in the US and EMEA

Ideal candidates will also have:

  • Deep relationships with Databricks and Snowflake SEs and product teams 
  • Hands-on familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms
  • Python experience 
  • Experience with Governance or BI and Analytics tools

Location & Travel:

  • This is a remote role, open to qualified candidates currently based in the United States only
  • We hold quarterly company offsites to collaborate in person; attendance is required
  • This person will be expected to travel for partner meetings(both in the US and internationally), and industry events and tradeshows

Compensation:

  • The estimated annual salary range for this role is $180-215k plus meaningful equity
