AI Adoption & Enablement Consultant

United States - Remote

At AnswerRocket, we build transformative AI solutions that drive measurable results for Fortune 2000 Enterprises. For over a decade, we’ve helped industry leaders across sectors from consumer goods and construction to healthcare and financial services, harness AI to achieve tangible business outcomes. Our strength is the composition of our team: developers, data scientists, designers, architects, and AI/ML experts working alongside senior-level consultants. This combination allows us to solve enterprise AI challenges from strategy through implementation and optimization, and it is why some of the world’s largest companies seek us out.

We’re seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Consultant to join our growing AI Adoption and AI Change Management practice. Reporting directly to the Practice Lead, you will lead client engagements from discovery through delivery, helping organizations turn AI investments into lasting capability and measurable business outcomes. You will also play a key role in shaping how the practice evolves, scales, and delivers impact for clients worldwide.

This is a fully remote role, supported by an Atlanta-based team, and requires occasional travel to client sites based on project needs.

The AI Adoption & AI Change Management Practice

Our practice helps organizations achieve meaningful, measurable adoption of AI. Our work spans clients deploying Claude across the enterprise, organizations building broader AI ecosystems, and companies seeking greater value from existing AI investments. We believe organizations do not struggle with AI because the technology falls short. They struggle because adoption is often treated as a software rollout rather than a transformation in how people work. Our practice exists to close that gap.

As an Anthropic partner and trusted advisor to enterprise clients worldwide, we combine AI enablement, business consulting, and change management to help organizations move beyond experimentation toward sustainable capability and measurable business outcomes.

The Opportunity

This is a highly client-facing consulting role that combines AI adoption, organizational change, business transformation, and practice development. You will help clients identify high-value AI opportunities, align initiatives to business objectives, and build adoption strategies that drive measurable outcomes, while helping refine the methodologies, frameworks, and offerings that support the practice’s continued growth.

Success in this role requires the ability to move comfortably between strategic consulting, stakeholder facilitation, executive communication, and hands-on delivery. You will work closely with client stakeholders, internal teams, and practice leadership to ensure organizations not only deploy AI tools, but successfully integrate them into the way work gets done.

Who You Are

Human-centered and business-minded. You understand that successful AI adoption begins with people, not technology, and you connect AI initiatives to business priorities, operational realities, and measurable outcomes.

Builder-oriented and adaptable. You thrive in environments where not every process is fully defined, bring structure to ambiguity, and are energized by helping shape a growing practice.

Collaborative and accountable. You influence stakeholders across business, technical, and executive audiences, drive progress without formal authority, and measure success through adoption, business impact, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Enablement & Adoption Delivery

  • Design and deliver customized AI enablement programs based on stakeholder discovery, business priorities, and organizational readiness
  • Facilitate workshops and learning experiences that connect AI capabilities to participants’ roles, workflows, and KPIs
  • Build internal champions, address resistance, and help organizations develop sustainable AI capabilities beyond the initial engagement

Discovery, Strategy & Value Realization

  • Lead stakeholder discovery, workflow analysis, and journey mapping to identify high-impact AI opportunities
  • Translate business goals, operational challenges, and stakeholder needs into prioritized adoption roadmaps aligned to organizational readiness and business value
  • Define success metrics, business cases, and value realization frameworks that connect AI initiatives to measurable outcomes

Practice Building & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with the Practice Lead to refine the practice’s methodology, offerings, and delivery approach
  • Collaborate with sales and client stakeholders to scope engagements, design solutions, and manage delivery from kickoff through outcomes
  • Capture emerging client needs, use cases, and market trends that inform the evolution of the practice

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience leading AI adoption, enablement, transformation, consulting, or organizational change initiatives with demonstrated business outcomes
  • Experience managing client-facing engagements from discovery through implementation and outcome measurement
  • Strong business analysis, problem-solving, facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across business, technical, and executive audiences
  • Experience developing success metrics, adoption frameworks, KPI measurement approaches, and executive reporting
  • Working knowledge of enterprise business platforms, AI tools, workflow technologies, and the factors that influence successful adoption
  • Demonstrated success operating in dynamic, high-growth environments where priorities, processes, and solutions continue to evolve
  • Familiarity with adult learning methodologies, enterprise transformation initiatives, and adoption measurement practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Background in management consulting, professional services, organizational change management, workforce transformation, or executive enablement
  • Advanced degree and/or relevant certifications in change management, project management, organizational development, learning design, or AI enablement
  • Domain expertise in one or more enterprise verticals such as healthcare, construction, financial services, or consumer goods
  • Experience with Anthropic’s AI Fluency framework or similar AI enablement methodologies

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
