Data Operations Analyst

At Antenna, the Data Operations team ensures accurate and timely deliver of data to internal stakeholders and our customers. In addition, the Data Operations team regularly maintains and enhances all of our data solutions, and thus sits at the center of our diverse cross-functional team. At the moment, we do not have open roles in the Customer Success team, but we welcome the opportunity to connect with candidates.
The Data Operations teams covers a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Leverage our complex data pipeline to design data solutions that ensure accurate, and timely delivery of data to internal and external stakeholders
- Own the QA process of Antenna data ensuring we consistently deliver reliable and accurate data
- Develop QA efficiencies across the data pipeline to ensure predictable, accurate, and timely delivery of data to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively collaborate with the commercial team, as well as our customers, to identify opportunities for Antenna data to drive high impact strategic decisions
- Partner with our commercial team to understand how our customers are using our data to inform critical business decisions – and design and build high-quality data solutions that allow them to do that with zero friction.
- Ensure product updates are shipped rapidly and in full alignment with technical and commercial teams.
All members of the Data Operations team are:
- Experts in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence tools (eg. Looker, Redash)
- Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of data with great attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong critical thinking and analysis fundamentals, and passionate about applying them to solve complex, open-ended problems
- Proven track record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational processes, prioritizing customer needs
- Communicate complex technical analyses with ease, and value actionable feedback and respectful candor
- Self-starter with the capacity to deliver on multiple initiatives, prioritize time and resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
