We're looking for a Data Services Analyst to join our Insights & Analytics team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data and custom reports to internal stakeholders and our customers. In this role, you’ll be expected to partner with our Insight Analysts, Client Services, Sales, and Marketing to deliver high quality custom data solutions that enable our customers to make key business decisions with zero friction. In this role, you will deliver standard and custom data sets and answer ad-hoc requests. The incoming Data Services Analyst will join a collaborative team who requires a reliable, high performing team member who delivers data accurately and on-time. A candidate who is interested in a career in data will find a lot of opportunities for growth at Antenna.  

You will report to our Director, Insights & Analytics. Antenna is a remote-first company, and we are looking for candidates who can work during US business hours; you should be based in a US time zone (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific).

What You’ll Do

  • Leverage our complex data pipeline to design custom data solutions that ensure accurate, and timely delivery of data to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively collaborate with the commercial team, as well as our customers, to identify opportunities for Antenna data to drive high impact strategic decisions
  • Partner with our technical and commercial teams to ensure that custom data products are shipped rapidly without compromising on Antenna’s high data quality standards

What the Day-to-Day Looks Like

  • Review your tasks and scope of work as assigned in Jira; work with Insight Analysts, Client Services, Sales, or Marketing to ensure requirements are clearly defined
  • For each task, determine how to extract data - Antenna’s proprietary interface, custom SQL, etc. 
  • Peer review team queries and/or deliverables for accuracy and clarity
  • Work with the team to continuously train generative AI tools that assist in shipping data products
  • Learn about new Antenna metrics and why it matters to our customers and the broader subscription economy

Who You Are

  • Strong knowledge and experience with SQL, Excel and business intelligence tools e.g. Looker, Redash (3+ years)
  • Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of data with great attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Strong critical thinking and analysis fundamentals, and passionate about applying them to solve complex, open-ended problems
  • Proven track record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational processes, prioritizing customer needs
  • Communicate complex technical analyses with ease, and value actionable feedback and respectful candor
  • Self-starter with the capacity to deliver on multiple initiatives, prioritize time and resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1) Please submit a resume in English language in the application. 
  • Bonus: Passionate about the Subscription Economy – streaming and the rest – and have a deep understanding of key players in the digital subscription market
  • Bonus: 2+ years of Python experience developing custom solutions related to automation, AI, exploratory analysis, or ETL design
  • Bonus: Hands-on experience working with AI tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar
