Senior Manager, Finance & Commercial Operations

Remote

Antenna is the leading provider of data and analytics for subscription media services in the U.S. Antenna's standardized metrics, competitive benchmarks, syndicated insights, and market intelligence are trusted by some of the most recognized and respected brands across media and entertainment sectors. Using a proprietary AI-powered approach, Antenna connects subscription activities with real consumer viewership to provide services, studios, and creators with an unmatched, market-wide view of subscriber behaviors to better understand acquisition, retention, and engagement.

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Finance & Commercial Ops to be the financial backbone of our commercial team. You'll bring an FP&A mindset to how we sell, price and renew. That means building the forecasts, models and metrics that tell leadership where revenue is headed, and making sure every deal is grounded in sound numbers. You'll get real satisfaction from turning a messy pipeline into a forecast leadership can trust, a pricing question into a clear model, and scattered data into a story the team can act on.

This is a hands-on role at a small, fast-moving startup. You'll own revenue forecasting, commercial metrics like ARR, bookings, renewals and churn, and deal economics. You'll also own the contract flow and reporting that connect them. You'll partner with the CEO on monthly financial reporting and planning, and build the AI-powered reporting layer that keeps the whole executive team and commercial org informed.

You will report to the CEO. Antenna is a remote-first company, and this role requires working hours that overlap substantially with US Eastern Time.

What You’ll Do

Finance & Planning

  • Own revenue forecasting: project quarterly bookings and revenue from the pipeline, track forecast against actuals, and explain the variance
  • Build and maintain reporting on our core commercial metrics, including ARR, bookings, renewals, expansion and churn
  • Model deal economics to support pricing decisions, such as how discounts, multi-year terms and deal structures affect revenue over time
  • Partner with our CEO on monthly financial reporting, budget tracking, and inputs for leadership and board materials

Deal Flow & Contracts

  • Own the contract flow from proposal to signature: prepare SOWs, run standard MSAs, and coordinate with outside legal on non-standard terms
  • Act as a thought partner on deal structuring, flagging risks and opportunities in contract terms before they become problems
  • Own pipeline hygiene, stage definitions and forecast inputs, and run recurring pipeline reviews with leadership
  • Track commercial OKRs and surface risks and blockers early

Systems, Data & AI

  • Take our commercial systems from design to execution, seamlessly integrating all of the systems and managing it effectively with a cross-functional commercial team
  • Build a clean, connected data layer across CRM, call transcripts and contracts, including making our contract library readable by AI tools
  • Build and manage an AI-driven executive dashboard
  • Publish regular commercial reports that create visibility and accountability across the team

Who You Are

  • 5-10 years of experience across FP&A, revenue operations, deal desk, business operations, or a similar commercial finance role
  • Startup or growth-stage experience; you're comfortable owning the whole picture rather than one narrow lane
  • Solid FP&A fundamentals: forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and building reports executives trust
  • Commercial and contract fluency; comfortable reading an MSA or SOW, spotting what needs attention, and reasoning about pricing
  • Working knowledge of CRM and SaaS tools (HubSpot a plus); you can carry out integrations and improve workflows without needing to be a CRM consultant
  • Hands-on AI experience that goes beyond casual chatbot use: you've built workflows, automated reporting, or used LLMs on real business data
  • A strong cross-functional partner who can keep up with senior leaders, think on your feet, and use good judgment
  • Professional fluency in English, written and spoken. Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1) Please submit a resume in English language in the application

Antenna Benefits:

  • Work from anywhere during US business hours
  • Competitive compensation, including participation in Antenna equity program
  • Mentorship from experienced executives
  • Opportunity to grow and impact a rapidly growing start up
  • Travel to In-person team off-sites (visa-permitting)
