What You’ll Do:  

• Receive, track, and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner.  

• Accountable for accurate deliveries to customers.  

• Ability to troubleshoot and guide customers with API integration and marketing platforms. 

• Ability to create API scripts, send test leads, and general experience with web fulfillment platforms in the lead generation space (Msights, Converter, Integrate, Dropbox, etc)  

•  Excellent in preparing, presenting & publishing reports that support stakeholders (Mgmt., CSMs, etc.). 

• Commitment to improving the Fulfilment process by identifying issues and providing recommendations.  

• Formulate strategic qualitative & quantitative analysis for Fulfilment to drive business needs. 

• Well-versed with Microsoft Excel, Macros, and other automation methods to ensure lead Fulfilment quality is effective and efficient. 

What You’ll Bring:  

               Required:  

• Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience, excelling in data Fulfillment preferably in a demand generation and/or digital marketing environment. 

• Must be a graduate (preferably Computer Sciences or BE) 

• Experience with marketing platforms and ability to engineer integrations.  

• Debugging, Problem-Solving Skills & Reporting Skills essential 

• Organised and self-motivated with the ability to effectively undertake pressure & meet deadlines.  

• Quick learner with a short Learning Curve in a challenge-based environment.  

• Strong analytical, interpersonal skills, verbal & written communication skills  

• Good experience in Stakeholder, Client & Customer Management 

Nice to have: 

• Experience with SAAS platforms, MS Office, Quip, and Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) is preferred
