As part of the Audience Solution team you will be responsible for devising audience segments by means of solutions such as the Data Management Platform (DMP) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) for use across all marketing channels (e.g. programmatic and social advertising, e-mail, public website, mobile app, secure online banking, etc.).

The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver who is adept at client communication, requirements gathering, and business analysis, who has significant experience building and distributing segments in a DMP or CDP platform.

What You’ll Bring:

            Required: 

  • MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing Basics – Paid media, audiences, impressions, CTR
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics – Navigating dashboards, checking user behavior (optional)
  • Interest or exposure to platforms – TTD, DV360, Meta Ads (even sandbox practice is a plus)
  • Comfortable working with data tables and large spreadsheets
  • Good communication skills (to work with ops, strategy, and sales teams)
  • Familiarity with terms like 1st-party data, retargeting, or cookie syncing
  • Interest in privacy concepts (e.g., GDPR, CCPA basics)
  • Good understanding of Digital world and different types of Audiences like first party, second party and third-party audiences
  • Identify target audiences and analyse their characteristics, behaviour, and media habits
  • Collaborate with Managed services and Proposal team for understanding the client’s requirement and build Audience, push them to DSPs
  • Attention to detail while building audience and segmentation of audience
  • Present data and Audience types, including cost schedules, to clients in a timely manner
  • Work on several projects simultaneously, often for several different clients
  • Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking
