
Human Resources Generalist

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Support the administration of key HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee record management
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Prepare and process HR documentation including offer letters, employment changes, and employee communications
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires and ensure a positive onboarding experience
Recruiting Administration
- Support the recruiting process by reviewing and screening resumes against job requirements
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
- Assist with reference checks and background check coordination
- Maintain candidate data and recruiting activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Assist with drafting job postings and managing postings across recruiting platform
HR Systems & Data Management
- Serve as a primary administrator or key support resource for the HRIS system
- Maintain employee records, reporting structures, and organizational data
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support leadership and HR initiatives
- Support system audits, updates, and improvements to enhance HR processes
- Assist with integrations between HR systems and other business systems
Immigration Support
- Provide administrative support for employment-based immigration processes, working closely with immigration counsel and employees
- Coordinate documentation and track timelines related to visa applications, renewals, and immigration filings
- Maintain organized and compliant records related to immigration cases
- Assist employees with general questions related to immigration processes and documentation requirements
Benefits, Payroll & Leave Administration
- Assist with benefits administration including employee enrollments, changes, and employee questions
- Partner with payroll to ensure accurate employee data and support payroll-related inquiries
- Maintain documentation related to benefits and compensation programs
Workers’ Compensation & Unemployment Administration
- Coordinate and administer workers’ compensation claims, including reporting incidents, maintaining documentation, and liaising with insurance providers
- Support employees and managers through the workers’ compensation process and track claim status
- Assist with the administration and documentation of unemployment claims, including responding to requests for information and coordinating with relevant agencies
- Maintain accurate records related to claims and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
Compliance & HR Programs
- Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain employee files and documentation in accordance with compliance requirements
- Establish and maintain a streamlined, well-organized HR filing system (both digital and physical) to ensure proper recordkeeping and easy retrieval of HR documentation
- Support HR initiatives such as performance reviews, employee engagement programs, and HR communications
Employee Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, systems, and processes both in the US and globally
- Provide guidance and support on HR procedures and direct employees to appropriate resources
- Help maintain a positive and professional employee experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or HR Administration
- Experience working with HRIS systems (such as ADP, Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, or similar)
- Excellent technical skills including Excel and HR reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
Additional Information:
Full-time base salary range of $87,500 – $110,000 plus an annual bonus potential and equity opportunities.
