Clinical Fellowship (CFY) Speech-Language Pathologist

Aurora, Colorado

About AnthroMed Education

AnthroMed Education is a school-based therapy provider of in-person Speech-Language Pathology services. We serve the needs of K-12 schools and their student populations by delivering the highest quality in-person speech-pathology services in a virtual world. Our mission is to create the most enriching and supportive environment for our SLPs so they can learn and grow professionally, be a part of our larger SLP community, learn and grow their clinical skill set, while achieving better therapeutic outcomes and making a difference in children’s lives. Since our founding, we have made a positive different in hundreds of schools and impacted thousands of students with disabilities in the communities we serve.

Our Clinical Fellowship Year Program (built for recent graduate SLP students)

  • This is not just a job. You’ll be part of a structured CFY Program designed specifically for new graduates entering school-based practice.
  • Our program has a 100% track record of CFs successfully completing their CCC’s.
  • Our CFY’s finish their first year feeling supported, confident, and prepared to practice independently.
  • By the end of the school year and your mentorship requirements, you should feel like a full-fledged, confident SLP, not just someone who finished their hours.

Why Clinical Fellows choose AnthroMed Education

Most CFs worry about being overwhelmed, feeling unsupported, being “the only SLP in the building” with no one to talk to or seek support from, and not knowing what you don’t know. Our CFY Program exists specifically to prevent that.

You’ll be surrounded by people who remember what it felt like to be new Clinical Fellow, and who are committed to helping you succeed as a practicing clinician, not just get through the year.

This role is for you if…

  • You’re finishing grad school and excited to become a CCC-SLP, but you also know the CF year can feel intimidating.
  • You want to grow, ask questions, make mistakes safely, and actually learn how to be a school SLP, not just survive your first year.
  • We built this position, and our entire CFY Program, specifically for graduate students like you.

What your Clinical Fellowship Year will actually look like

  • You’ll work as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania, supporting students with a wide range of communication needs while completing your ASHA-required Clinical Fellowship.
  • This is a supported, mentored role, not a “figure it out on your own” situation.
  • You will provide speech-language services to K–12 students in a school setting
  • You will participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and collaborative problem-solving with educators and families
  • You will learn how to manage a real caseload with support from expert SLPs who’ve been in your shoes before.
  • Prioritize growing your confidence as a clinician across the school year. We fully recognize that you are still learning, and we expect that.

As a AnthroMed Education Clinical Fellow you’ll receive:

  • ASHA-compliant supervision and mentorship throughout your fellowship
  • A dedicated mentor who is invested in your growth (not just checking boxes)
  • Ongoing clinical support when cases feel complex or unfamiliar
  • Access to therapy materials and resources that are only available from AnthroMed Education, ensuring that you’re not starting from scratch
  • Learn from many of the nationally renowned guest speakers who provide intimate and impactful learning sessions focused on real-world school-based topics in our Guest Speaker Series that is only available to AnthroMed SLPs.
  • Guidance that helps you transition from “grad student mindset” to confident clinician set up for success for years to come

Our Goal:

  • Your growth as a clinician
  • Ethical, student-centered practice
  • Asking questions and learning out loud
  • Building confidence over time

We do not expect:

Perfection or for you to know everything on your first day. We hope you come to us with every important question that crosses your mind. Our dedication Clinical Support Team is here to help you navigate those difficult situations and ensure you’re never alone.

Who this role is for

  • Graduate students completing a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and/or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Graduate Students graduating December 2025 or May 2026
  • Individuals eligible for Pennsylvania SLP licensure and ASHA Clinical Fellowship
  • Graduate students who want to support students in K-12 schools, and receive all the perks of being in a school setting (summer break while still getting paid, spring break, manageable work hours, etc.)
  • Future SLPs who want strong mentorship, real support, and a school-based career foundation

What happens after you get your CCC’s?

We don’t view the CF year as the finish line — it’s the starting point. Our CFs leave the year:

  • Confident in school-based practice
  • Grounded in ethical decision-making
  • Comfortable collaborating with teams and families
  • Ready to step into their role as a CCC-SLP

If you’re looking for a CF year where you are supported, challenged, mentored, and genuinely cared for, we’d love to talk with you. This is a place where your CF year is treated as what it should be: a launchpad, not a trial by fire.
