Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – High School

We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a high school in South Holland, IL. This is an onsite, consultative role designed for a BCBA who enjoys collaboration, coaching, and working as part of a social-emotional support team rather than carrying a traditional caseload.

Role Overview
This position follows a consultative and coaching model, focusing on supporting staff and students through collaboration with the school’s social-emotional team. The BCBA will play a key role in helping develop strategies, guide interventions, and strengthen behavioral supports across the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with social workers, counselors, and school staff to support student needs
- Provide coaching and consultation on behavior strategies and interventions
- Assist in developing and implementing behavior support plans
- Analyze behavior trends and recommend data-informed strategies
- Support a collaborative, team-based approach to student success
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s degree (required)
- Professional Educator License (PEL) preferred
Compensation
$70,000 – $90,000 annual salary (based on experience)
