Unlike staffing agencies that support multiple disciplines, AnthroMed focuses specifically on Speech-Language Pathologists and related service providers in schools. Our mission is to create an environment where clinicians feel supported, connected, and empowered to do their best work.

We are currently hiring several school-based SLPs for the 2026–2027 school year across partnering districts. Opportunities are available across all grade levels and school settings.

We’ll discuss your preferred grade levels, clinical interests, prior experience, and ideal commute so we can thoughtfully match you with schools.

3. Interview with School Partners

You’ll meet directly with school teams to learn more about the caseload, building culture, and day-to-day responsibilities of each role.

Compensation

  • Annual salary range: $68,500–$90,000 based on experience

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • School-based clinical experience preferred
  • Passion for working with students in a collaborative educational setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to obtain Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in Colorado
