AnthroMed Education is seeking passionate and motivated Clinical Fellows for full-time, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist opportunities with Public Schools in Lenham, MD for the 2026–2027 school year.

About the Opportunity
Clinical Fellows will work onsite in elementary schools throughout Lanham, Maryland, supporting students with a variety of communication needs. The district offers flexibility in placements and works to align clinicians with schools based on location and interests whenever possible.
This is a full-time, in-person position for the 2026–2027 school year.

What Your CF Year Will Look Like
As a school-based Clinical Fellow, you will:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students with a wide range of communication disorders
- Support students with articulation, language, Autism, developmental delays, and other communication needs
- Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Case-manage speech-only students
- Build confidence managing a school-based caseload with ongoing support and mentorship
- Receive guidance navigating school systems, documentation, and service delivery
The district utilizes a workload model designed to ensure responsibilities are distributed fairly and that approximately 50% of clinician time is dedicated to direct IEP services. Additional support is provided when workloads become elevated.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Upcoming graduate or recent graduate eligible for Clinical Fellowship
- Eligible for Maryland SLP licensure through the Maryland Department of Health
- Passion for working with pediatric and school-age populations
- Interest in school-based practice and collaborative team environments
