School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | 2026–2027 School Year
Pay: $60,000 – $88,000 per year (based on experience)
Location: Ellicott City, MD
About the Role:
AnthroMed Education is hiring a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students across K–12 educational settings for the 2026–2027 school year.
In this role, you will help students strengthen their speech, language, communication, and social skills so they can succeed academically, socially, and emotionally in the classroom.
Whether you're a Clinical Fellow (CFY SLP) seeking strong mentorship or an experienced school-based clinician looking for a supportive team, AnthroMed provides the structure, collaboration, and clinical resources you need to thrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations for students with diverse communication needs
- Develop and implement IEP-based treatment plans
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Support needs including: Articulation and phonology, Expressive and receptive language disorders, Fluency and voice, Social/pragmatic communication, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, school psychologists, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and progress monitoring
- Maintain documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable)
- Communicate with families regarding student progress and recommendations
- Support student access to curriculum and functional communication skills

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or Communication Sciences & Disorders)
- Active or eligible state SLP license
- CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellows are strongly encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting students in educational environments
