AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support early childhood students in a highly collaborative school-based setting in Washington, DC for the 2026–2027 school year.
This onsite position supports students ages 3–5 across two nearby campuses and offers the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team focused on early intervention, communication development, and student success.
The ideal clinician is passionate about working with preschool-aged students and enjoys collaborating closely with educators, families, and related service providers in a team-oriented environment.
Position Details
- Full-Time, Onsite Position
- 2026–2027 School Year
- 40 hours per week
- Typical Schedule: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
- 30-minute duty-free lunch included
- Split schedule between two campuses (2–3 days per location depending on caseload needs)
Caseload & Responsibilities
The selected Speech-Language Pathologist will support approximately 25 early childhood students, with caseloads expected to grow throughout the school year as additional students enroll and are assessed.
Students present with a range of communication needs including:
- Articulation disorders
- Expressive and receptive language delays
- Developmental delays
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Nonverbal communication needs
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct speech-language therapy services
- Conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans
- Writing IEP goals and maintaining documentation
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Participating in MTSS/RTI processes and team meetings
- Supporting students during critical developmental years

Compensation
- Annual salary range: $65,000–$85,000 based on experience

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible DC DOH SLP License
- Previous school-based or early childhood experience preferred
- Familiarity with MTSS/RTI frameworks is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
