AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Middletown, Delaware. This opportunity is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with a diverse student population and wants the chance to support both early learners and adolescents within a collaborative school environment.
In this role, you'll serve kindergarten and middle school students on a shared campus, allowing you to build meaningful relationships across grade levels while working alongside educators, families, and related service providers dedicated to student success.

Location: Middletown, DE
Grade Levels: Kindergarten & Middle School
Schedule: Full-Time (35 hours per week)
School Year: August 17, 2026 – June 15, 2027
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience)
Work Setting: Onsite
Position Overview
The selected Speech-Language Pathologist will provide services to a blended caseload of approximately 45 students with a variety of communication needs. This role includes direct therapy, evaluations, IEP participation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and achievement.
This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who enjoy the variety of supporting students at different developmental stages while maintaining a manageable caseload and strong support system.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to kindergarten and middle school students
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and contribute to eligibility and service recommendations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Support students with speech, language, social communication, fluency, and pragmatic language needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Maintain compliant and accurate documentation
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes

- Approximately 45 students
- Traditional blended caseload
- Students with a variety of communication disorders and support needs

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting students across multiple grade levels
