AnthroMed Education is a clinician-first organization built by former educators to support professionals doing meaningful work in schools. We are currently hiring for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity in Lake Stevens, Washington for the 2026–2027 school year .

What Your Role Will Look Like

  • 3 BCBA openings across the district
  • K-12 district-wide assignment across all school buildings
  • Full-Time positions

Role Overview:

  • Support students with high autism/ASD support needs across the district
  • Oversee and provide guidance to RBTs and CBTs
  • Support Structured Learning Center programming district-wide
  • Collaborate with educational teams to develop behavior intervention strategies

Service Model Includes:

  • Direct behavioral support consultation
  • Staff collaboration and team-based intervention planning
  • District-wide behavioral programming support

Additional Support Structures:

  • Close collaboration with district behavioral support teams
  • Opportunity to supervise and mentor behavioral support staff

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Eligible for or holding active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and meeting applicable Washington State professional practice requirements
  • Strong collaboration skills and interest in school-based practice
