Hourly Rate: $48–$64/hour

About the Opportunity

AnthroMed Education is partnering with a supportive school in the Ford Heights area to hire a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year. This flexible opportunity is ideal for an SLP looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a balanced schedule. You'll support a small caseload of students across two school buildings, providing therapy services, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with school staff to help students reach their communication goals.

What You'll Do

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students in Pre-K through 8th grade

  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and write IEP goals

  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state requirements

  • Effectively manage a part-time caseload while maintaining strong communication and organization across two school sites

Caseload Details

  • Approximately 15–20 students

  • Standard school-based caseload with a blend of therapy, evaluations, and collaboration

  • Dedicated office space and access to a classroom for therapy sessions

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License (IDFPR)

  • Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)

  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

  • Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required
