Start/End Date: 2026-2027 School Year (three days a week)
Grade Levels: Early Childhood or Elementary
Pay/Benefits:
- Hourly Range: $50-$65/hour (paid weekly), based on experience and qualifications.
- Employees who work fewer than 30 hours per week are considered part-time and are eligible for AnthroMed’s 401(k) retirement plan. This comes with a 100% employer match up to first 3% employee contribution.

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite support three days per week to Early Childhood or Elementary students in Melvindale, Michigan. There are currently two opportunities available for part-time employees, however full-time employees are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide part-time speech and language services three days per week to either early childhood or elementary aged students.
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
- Utilize IEP system for IEP management and compliance.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
- Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
