Pay Rate: $48–$57 per hour
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Registered Nurse to join a therapeutic center serving students in grades K–12. This position offers a consistent two-day-per-week schedule and the opportunity to provide essential health and nursing support to students in a specialized educational environment.
Position Overview
The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care and health support to students throughout the school day. The nurse will work collaboratively with school staff to ensure students' health and safety needs are appropriately addressed and that they are able to fully participate in their educational programs.
Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and health support to students throughout the school day.

Monitor and respond to students' medical and health-related needs.

Administer medications and treatments as directed and in accordance with school policies.

Maintain accurate health records and nursing documentation.

Communicate with families, school staff, and healthcare providers as needed.

Respond appropriately to health concerns and emergencies.

Support the school team in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all students.

Follow individualized healthcare plans and applicable school and state guidelines.
Student Population

Serves students from Kindergarten through 12th grade.

Therapeutic school setting with students who may have a variety of educational, behavioral, developmental, and health-related needs.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

School-based or pediatric nursing experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
