About the role
Anthropic is pioneering safe and reliable AI assistants. As Claude continues to transform how work gets done, we're seeking an exceptional learning and development professional to ensure every Anthropic employee can harness Claude's full potential in their daily work.
We are looking for an Internal Claude Enablement Lead to design, deliver, and scale educational programs that empower all Anthropic employees—technical and non-technical alike—to effectively use Claude. You will be responsible for creating a comprehensive internal education ecosystem that accelerates productivity and innovation across the company. This role sits at the intersection of learning design, program management, and internal advocacy, requiring someone who can translate Claude's capabilities into practical, role-specific applications that drive measurable adoption and impact.
Responsibilities:

Design and maintain a comprehensive internal Claude education program, including scheduling, curriculum development, and delivery of training sessions

Adapt external-facing Claude educational materials for internal use, enriching them with Anthropic-specific workflows, use cases, and best practices

Deliver engaging training sessions that cater to diverse audiences, from engineers to operations teams, ensuring all employees can leverage Claude effectively in their roles

Build and maintain a centralized repository of internal enablement content, making Claude education easily accessible and searchable for all employees

Gather continuous feedback from participants to iterate on content and delivery methods, ensuring programs meet evolving needs

Partner with team leads and subject matter experts across the organization to identify Claude use cases and integration opportunities

Coordinate with project leads to schedule specialized sessions on frontier capabilities and technical implementations when needed

Track and measure internal Claude adoption metrics, identifying gaps and opportunities to increase usage

Create role-specific Claude playbooks that demonstrate practical applications for different functions

Champion Claude adoption by showcasing success stories and building an internal community of power users
You may be a good fit if you:

Have 5+ years of experience in learning and development, technical training, or enablement roles

Excel at translating technical concepts into accessible, practical learning experiences for diverse audiences

Have successfully designed and scaled internal education programs that drive measurable behavior change

Can confidently deliver training sessions on AI tools and demonstrate proficiency with Claude or similar AI assistants

Possess strong program management skills and can juggle multiple training initiatives simultaneously

Are data-driven and comfortable tracking adoption metrics to measure program impact

Have experience building and maintaining knowledge repositories or learning management systems

Can partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and customize learning solutions

Are curious about AI capabilities and excited to help others discover new ways to work with Claude

Understand how to create feedback loops that continuously improve educational content and delivery

Can balance standardized curriculum with customized, team-specific training needs
The expected salary range for this position is:
Annual Salary:
$250,000 - $290,000 USD
Logistics
Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.

We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
