Global Technology Partner Lead
About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a Global Technology Partner Lead to own and scale our strategic partnerships with leading technology platforms. In this role, you will be the architect of multi-dimensional relationships spanning product integration, co-selling, channel enablement, and joint go-to-market execution. You will be accountable for transforming these partnerships into major revenue drivers while ensuring the partners capture significant value from the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
This is a high-impact role requiring someone who can operate at the executive level with partner leadership while simultaneously driving tactical wins across priority accounts. You will own the strategic roadmap, investment decisions, and revenue accountability for what will become some of Anthropic's most important technology partnerships.
Responsibilities:

Own the complete relationships with Global Technology Partners across all dimensions: sell-to (partners as customers), sell-with (joint selling to enterprise accounts), and sell-through (partner-led channel sales)
-
Define partnership investment strategy, market and vertical prioritization, and overall architecture for mutual value creation
-
Lead pursuit and closure of significant enterprise deals that establish Claude as the standard for AI within each partner's customer base
-
Build and maintain executive relationships within partner's leadership team, identifying and influencing their largest transformation opportunities
-
Drive product integration roadmaps in collaboration with Anthropic's product and engineering teams, ensuring Claude is deeply embedded in partner platforms

-
Create sales tools, training curricula, and certification programs that equip partner professionals to effectively position Claude
-
Partner with technical teams to build production-grade solutions powered by Claude, including reference architectures and industry-specific accelerators
-
Establish success criteria for joint accounts, ensure proper implementation support, and create feedback loops for continuous improvement
-
Own the partnerships' P&L contribution and establish metrics and governance that ensure partners are achieving their goals
You may be a good fit if you:
-
Have 6+ years of experience managing strategic partnerships with leading data or cloud platforms
-
Possess existing VP+ level relationships within technology partner leadership
-
Have previously owned partnerships generating $50M+ in influenced or direct revenue
-
Have led or significantly influenced enterprise deals exceeding $5M in contract value
-
Understand the mechanics of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and can engage effectively with C-suite buyers
-
Have experience navigating technical product integrations and can partner effectively with engineering teams on API integrations and platform capabilities
-
Have built partnerships in high-growth technology categories where partner enablement, competitive positioning, and technical differentiation were critical
-
Have operated successfully in roles requiring coordination across multiple internal teams and external stakeholder groups
-
Have carried revenue targets and understand P&L management, forecasting, and channel partnership economics
-
Combine strategic vision with execution discipline—equally comfortable presenting to executives and working directly on deal strategy
Strong candidates may also

-
Have a track record of creating structure while maintaining speed and avoiding bureaucracy
-

Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
