Product Growth Analyst
As a Product Growth Analyst at Repeat (a wholly owned subsidiary of PlayStation), you will help grow our esports platform used by gamers all over the world. The Product Growth Analyst role is embedded within the product team and will drive impact across the business. The role requires using a mix of skills including analysis, product ideation, data aggregation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Drive long-term growth of products/features through a combination of data analysis, product recommendations, and experimentation to optimize product experiences and operational capabilities.
- Use data to identify and understand trends in user behavior and product usage, influencing future strategy.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to drive growth, improving long-term success.
- Provide data extracts and insights as requested by product, engineering, marketing, operations, and other members of distributed teams.
- Lead experimentation from crafting tests to analyzing results and aiding with launch decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Experience working on a product or service.
- Experience performing exploratory analysis with minimal direction to answer ambiguous, open-ended questions.
- Proven product ideation skills to apply growth tactics broadly to different product areas and think through detailed elements of a product experience.
- Experience working with and influencing multidisciplinary product teams consisting of, but not limited to, software engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists.
- Experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL & MongoDB).
- Experimentation experience to craft multivariate tests, synthesize test results, and build frameworks to make data-informed launch decisions.
- 3+ years of experience working in an analytical or product role.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate across various technical and non-technical functions to drive towards common product goals.
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent experience.
