What you are getting up to:
- Take full ownership of the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth implementation for new customers.
- Lead and mentor the onboarding team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and met.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for complex onboarding issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
- Develop and refine onboarding strategies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on onboarding KPIs, driving continuous improvement
What we value:
- Proven experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success, ideally in the SaaS or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with prior experience managing or mentoring a team.
- Familiarity with customer onboarding tools and technologies;
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
