What you are getting up to:

• Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new customers.
• Collaborate with senior team members to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
• Provide training and support to customers during their onboarding journey.
• Monitor onboarding progress, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to address customer concerns and feedback.
• Learn and grow by taking on increasing responsibilities over time.

What we value:

• Previous experience or internship in onboarding, customer support, or implementation (SaaS or hospitality industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
