Are you up for the challenge?  We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator (f/m/d) to join our team in Munich, Germany!

What You’ll Be Up To:

  • Be the wizard behind our awesome onboarding experience - making sure every new Apaleo team member feels at home from day one;
  • Channel your inner event planner to create unforgettable team experiences that bring our international crew together;
  • Guide our international talents through their relocation journey to Germany - from visa applications to setting up a bank account;
  • Deep dive into the world of HR operations - master our HRIS system and learn the ins and outs of payroll (don't worry, we'll teach you!);
  • Help transform our office into an inspiring space where innovation thrives and great ideas come to life;
  • Team up with our Talent Acquisition rockstars to attract the best minds in tech;
  • Put your creative thinking hat on and help us develop fresh initiatives that keep our team engaged and excited.

Your Skills:

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or similar
  • Experience in People & Culture, e.g. through an internship;
  • Fluent in German and have a B2/C1 level of English;
  • A people-oriented person with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
  • You can work on your tasks independently, but don’t hesitate to raise your hand and ask for help when needed;
  • A curious listener who quickly absorbs the details and new information;
  • A thinker and a doer mindset, eager to learn, contribute, and grow while executing daily tasks with excellence;
  • Exceptional organizational skills, balancing structure and creativity.

(“Greenhouse”) and Controller have signed a Data Processing Agreement which incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses as approved by the European Commission pursuant to its decision 2021/914 of 4 June 2021 for the transfer of personal data to processors incorporated outside of the EEA to any country not recognized by the European Commission which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection.
