Are you ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Product Leader (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of hospitality technology!

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • You have at least 5+ years of experience as a Product Leader, preferably at a midsized B2B SaaS company or similar technical product organization.
  • You've mastered agile methodologies and can adapt them based on team maturity levels.
  • You're skilled in conducting user research, gathering feedback, and translating insights into clear requirements.
  • You can evaluate API changes' impact and create comprehensive technical and user documentation.
  • You have a track record of delivering high-quality features on deadline.
  • You're customer-obsessed and love collaborating with product designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to create solutions that delight users.
  • You're a team player who pays attention to details, communicates openly, and takes ownership of delivering value.
  • You're an active listener and proactive learner who can effectively communicate priorities and timelines to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • You understand product development best practices, including iterative approach, continuous integration, end-to-end testing, and operational responsibilities.
  • You're passionate about building a hospitality platform that can serve any hotel or housing facility on Earth—and beyond!

Extra Awesome Points For

  • Previous experience developing API, microservices-based, or SaaS products in hospitality, fintech, or accounting
  • Experience in a B2B startup environment is a plus

What You’ll Be Up To:

  • Transform the product roadmap and strategy into an actionable backlog with meticulous attention to short and mid-term goals for the team
  • Drive ownership of feature delivery, ensuring the team meets milestones according to the roadmap timeline
  • Manage the product backlog, including epics, user stories, enhancements, bugs, and technical debt
  • Prioritize backlog items by balancing business value against effort, optimizing team output
  • Participate in all team ceremonies—daily meetings, backlog refinement, sprint planning—to maintain alignment with the roadmap
  • Monitor team progress and proactively flag potential delays or risks
  • Serve as an information hub for the team, focusing discussions on jobs to be done, pains, and gains rather than solutions
  • Lead release management and communicate feature deliveries to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support customer-facing teams with product-related inquiries
