Are you ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Account Executive- DACH (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of hospitality technology!

As an Account Executive - DACH (f/m/d), you will be at the forefront of Apaleo's expansion in the DACH region, focusing on acquiring and closing strategic and mid-market accounts. Your role will involve executing the sales strategy, driving growth within key segments and target accounts, and ensuring quota attainment across your territory. This is a hands-on role where you will be directly responsible for pipeline management, deal execution, and expanding Apaleo’s presence in the market.

What You’ll Be Up To:

  • Full-cycle SaaS sales – from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Own 30-40% of your pipeline, sourcing and converting leads.
  • Sell to hotel executives & decision-makers, educating them on the benefits of a best-of-breed approach.
  • Overcome industry resistance to digital transformation and help modernize hotel operations.
  • Foster collaboration with Apaleo’s partner ecosystem to co-sell and deliver solutions that enhance customer value and streamline implementation efforts.
  • Leverage top sales tech – HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, and Modjo.ai.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • B2B SaaS sales Experience.
  • Fluent in German & English.
  • A self-starter, thriving in an independent, high-responsibility role.
  • Experience selling complex tech or financial products to non-tech-savvy industries.
