Are you ready to make an impact? We’re looking for an App Success Manager (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of hospitality technology! , you will work with selected App Partners, i.e. tech companies who develop or integrate applications on Apaleo. These applications make use of the Apaleo Public API and will be listed in Apaleo Store. You help us grow the ecosystem by empowering our App Partners creating seamless integrations and apps which hotels love!
What You’ll Be Up To:
- You will have meetings with App Partners around the globe who want to become part of the Apaleo ecosystem. You will explain how Apaleo works, i.e. how they can use the Apaleo APIs at best to implement their specific use cases and how they can be listed in the Store;
- You will talk to CTOs, CEOs, product managers and developers on the App side. App Partners reach from young freshly founded tech startups up to big well-known corporates;
- Your interaction with App Partners and hospitality companies will be remote mostly, i.e. via conferencing and collaboration tools. Still, you will meet them in person at events - and some of them pop by the Apaleo office to see you when they are in Munich;
- You will support our App Partners along their journey on Apaleo, i.e. assist them with problem-solving, help them to optimize and improve their implementation and be a sparring's partner for their ideation process - you want to make them successful in the ecosystem!
- You will certify Apps that want to be listed in the Store in order to ensure the quality of our ecosystem;
- You are in direct contact with our product, marketing and business development and customer success teams. As you work with App Partners intensively, you identify technical requirements and business opportunities which you share with the Apaleo organization.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- You have at least 1 to 3 years of experience working with customers or partners managing integrations; ideally in the hospitality or IT industry;
- You are tech-savvy and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly, and able to stay focused, organized, and proactive under pressure.
- You like to be proactive and understand how things work;
- You ideally have working experience or knowledge in one of the areas: UI/UX, APIs, or Back-end Development;
- You are a people person and detail-oriented;
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and thrive in helping others to succeed;
- You enjoy speaking with people from many different cultures and backgrounds;
- You speak English fluently, all other languages are a welcomed bonus.
- You’re someone who doesn’t just survive a fast-paced environment, you own it, juggling shifting priorities without missing a beat.
