Are you ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a B2B Event Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of hospitality technology! You’ll take ownership of our event strategy and execution across our key European markets: DACH, France, and the UK. While our marketing team has laid a solid foundation for events, we're looking for someone to elevate events into a measurable revenue channel.

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Own and manage the full event lifecycle from selection and planning to execution and post-event analysis - across DACH, France, and the UK
  • Manage and optimize the event budget, ensuring strategic investment with measurable ROI
  • Design and implement campaigns around each event with support of the whole GTM organization
  • Partner closely with business development and sales to ensure alignment before, during, and after events
  • Drive the follow-up process post-event to ensure lead handover, qualification, and pipeline contribution
  • Maintain a strong brand presence at events - from booth design to messaging and team training
  • Continuously improve processes and experiment with new formats (e.g. hosted events, virtual experiences, co-branded formats)

What we are looking for

  • +3 years of experience in event management, ideally in tech environments
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and lead management in a B2B context
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect events to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills
  • Fluent in English; German and/or French are a strong plus

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Hospitality (tech) experience or strong knowledge of the industry
  • Experience of the French & UK market
