Its modular, AI-powered infrastructure enables hoteliers to customise their tech stack, automate routine work, and deliver seamless, personalised guest experiences, powered by best-in-class apps and autonomous AI agents that adapt to every stay. If you’re driven by the idea of making hospitality smarter, more human, and powered by cutting-edge technology, we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff who thrives in ambiguity, acts with speed and precision, and turns ideas into action. You’ll be at the center of strategy, execution, and communication an accelerant to our most critical priorities.

What You’ll Be Up To:

  • Support the executive team, including the CEO and board-facing leaders, by driving alignment, follow-through, and accountability on top priorities.
  • Manage and improve core leadership operating systems such as OKRs, planning cycles, board preparation, and leadership offsites.
  • Lead and co-lead cross-functional, strategic projects that span product, commercial, finance, people, and operations.
  • Act as a connector between the executive leadership, department heads, and key external stakeholders, ensuring consistency in messaging and decision-making.
  • Build repeatable processes and internal systems to streamline execution across the business.
  • Bring clarity and structure to ambiguity, synthesizing complex information into actionable plans.
  • Monitor performance metrics and develop dashboards that enable leadership to make faster, better decisions.
  • Provide operational support to help executives focus on what matters most while you manage and delegate critical responsibilities.
  • Embrace a forward-looking, AI-first mindset, always seeking smarter, automated, and scalable ways of working.
  • Act as a force multiplier for our senior leadership: manage priorities, prep and follow up on key meetings, ensure execution against the most important objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional strategic projects: lead or co-lead company-wide initiatives across product, finance, ops, and commercial.
  • Enable effective leadership: build processes (e.g., OKRs, leadership offsites) that keep us aligned and accountable, especially between leadership, management, and employees.
  • Communicate with clarity: distill complex ideas into crisp narratives for internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • 5–10 years of total experience, with at least 2–3 years as a Chief of Staff or in a senior operations, strategy, or leadership-facing role within a high-growth tech environment.
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives and boards, ideally in a startup or scale-up context.
  • A strong business generalist, you understand financials, business models, and organizational dynamics.
  • You’ve owned and led large cross-functional initiatives that delivered measurable impact.
  • Fluent in business strategy, operations, and structured problem solving; you bring both clarity and execution power.
  • Data-driven by default, you believe every process and initiative should be measurable, accessible, and continuously improved.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a strong plus.
  • Naturally agile, adaptable, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.
  • Based in or around Munich .
