The Role

As the Inbound Marketing Manager, you’ll be the first dedicated owner of our organic channels (website performance, SEO, and AI-powered discoverability (AEO)) with the goal of establishing strategy, running experiments, and converting traffic into qualified pipeline. You'll work horizontally across web, analytics, content, and paid, working closely with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, and Product Marketing to optimize our organic footprint and design digital journeys that turn passive traffic into high-value inbound leads. If you are an execution-biased marketer who loves content distribution, SEO/AEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and building inbound funnels that drive measurable revenue impact, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Inbound Strategy & Funnel Optimization
    • Lead Generation Funnels: Design and optimize the end-to-end inbound user journey—from initial organic discovery to landing pages, forms, and lead capture.
    • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Partner with the team to run continuous A/B tests on website copy, CTAs, and layout to maximize visitor-to-lead conversion rates.
    • Content Distribution & SEO: Collaborate with demand gen to ensure high-value research and data content is optimized for search (SEO/AEO) and aggressively distributed across organic channels.
  • Campaign Execution & Lifecycle Marketing
    • Nurture & Lifecycle Workflows: Partner with Demand Gen and Marketing Ops to optimize email nurture streams in HubSpot to move inbound leads deeper down the funnel and prepare them for Sales.
    • Rapid Experimentation: Run fast testing cycles on content offers (e.g., gated reports, webinars, interactive tools) to find the highest-performing lead magnets for our target audience.
    • Organic Channel Management: Oversee organic distribution strategies across company social channels, newsletters, and community hubs to drive consistent site traffic.
  • Performance Measurement & Ops Support
    • Inbound Analytics: Monitor and report on core inbound metrics, including organic traffic, form completion rates, cost-per-lead, and inbound pipeline velocity.
    • Infrastructure Coordination: Partner with Marketing & RevOps to ensure clean lead attribution, accurate lead scoring, and seamless handoffs from inbound marketing to the Sales/SDR teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, with a dedicated focus on inbound marketing, SEO, and organic lead acquisition.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or technology company environment.
  • Deep tactical expertise in at least 2 core inbound areas (e.g., SEO/AEO/Content Strategy, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), or Web Analytics).
  • Strong analytical foundation: Comfort navigating tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush) to spot traffic trends and drop-off points.
  • Expert-level working knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot and Salesforce experience is highly preferred).
  • Excellent collaborator who can bridge the gap between creative content production and technical marketing operations.

Why Choose Us:

  • Remote-First: We offer the freedom to work from home across most of the U.S. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, balanced with high-energy in-person offsites to build real connections and celebrate our wins together.
  • Competitive Compensation: We believe in hiring the best and paying accordingly. You’ll receive a competitive salary that reflects your impact and expertise.
  • Paid Time Off: Take the time you need with our flexible vacation policy and dedicated paid parental leave to support you and your family’s biggest milestones.
  • Your Health Matters: Stay healthy with high-quality Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans for you and your family.
  • Peace of Mind (On Us): We fully invest in your security with 100% company-paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Basic Life Insurance.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
