The Opportunity:
With over 100 customers—including Ford, Magna, and Whirlpool—we are strategically focused on a "land and expand" approach with enterprise accounts, fueled by a new account-based marketing (ABM) strategy. As we continue our rapid growth, we are building out our small and mighty marketing team to optimize our go-to-market engine and drive exceptional revenue growth.
As the ABM & Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be a pivotal force in driving Apera AI's revenue growth by leading our demand generation and ABM programs. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for attracting, engaging, and expanding our target enterprise accounts through integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Revenue Operations Manager, SDRs, and Account Managers to ensure seamless marketing-to-sales alignment and optimize the customer journey. We’re growing fast! This is a hands-on role for a strategic thinker and doer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel demand generation strategies aligned with our "land and expand" and ABM objectives.
- Identify target accounts and build personas (ICPs) in collaboration with sales, product teams, and VP of Marketing.
- Implement and optimize lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the buyer journey.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to develop targeted content and messaging for each buying stage.
- Conduct A/B testing across various campaign elements (e.g., landing pages, email subject lines, ad creatives) to improve conversion rates.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of highly personalized ABM campaigns across various channels (digital advertising, email, webinars, etc.) to engage key stakeholders within target accounts.
- Partner with account executives in building account plans for top tier accounts.
- Ensure ABM campaigns are integrated with CRM and sales processes for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Analyze ABM campaign performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
HubSpot Marketing Operations
- Serve as the primary marketing owner and expert for our HubSpot marketing automation platform, including configuration, data integrity, and workflow automation.
- Manage and optimize contact databases, audience segmentation, lead scoring models, lead routing, and nurturing.
- Maintain marketing dashboards and develop reports within HubSpot to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize our digital advertising channels (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) to target key accounts and generate qualified leads.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring deliverability, engagement, and segmentation best practices.
Conference & Event Management
- Maintain calendar of industry conferences and virtual events for participation.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including booth presence, robotic demos, materials, pre- and post-event communications, and lead capture.
- Work with VP of Marketing and Sales to manage the success of customer and industry webinars.
Analytics & Reporting
- Set up campaign attribution, reporting, and performance dashboards, providing clear insights into campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with the Executives, Revenue Operations Manager, Sales team, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging, aligned goals, and a seamless customer journey.
- Support training and onboarding for marketing team members and SDRs on tools, sequences, and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-7+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation, growth marketing, ABM, and enterprise marketing.
- Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub (certification preferred).
- Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
- Experience with conference and event management (virtual and in-person).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messaging.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

At Apera AI, we believe that transparency and fairness are key to building a thriving team. For this ABM & Growth Marketing Manager role, we offer a competitive salary range of $110,000–$130,000 CAD per year.
This range reflects the base salary for a highly qualified candidate. The final offer will depend on many factors including your unique skills, experience, contributions to team intellectual diversity, and the value you bring to our mission of transforming industrial automation with AI-powered vision systems.
