Brand, Content & Application Media Producer

Mexico

Apera is an innovative, Vancouver-based company at the forefront of robotics, AI, and machine vision — recognized with the 2025 Frost & Sullivan Technology Innovation Leadership Award and the 2024 BC Tech "Company of the Year, Growth" award. We're on a mission to redefine AI-driven robotic vision.

Apera AI helps manufacturers make their factories more flexible and productive. Robots enhanced with Apera's software have 4D Vision — the ability to see and grasp objects with human-like capability. Challenging applications such as bin picking, sorting, packaging, and assembly are now open to fast, precise, and reliable automation. We work with the world's leading automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

Our portfolio spans Vue (our 4D Vision software), Forge (a no-code simulation and AI training studio where customers build, validate, and de-risk robotic cells before any hardware is bought), and VuePod, our new turnkey, productized bin-picking cell.

Role Purpose

This role owns the creation of visual, video, and application-based content that makes Apera's technology easier to understand, easier to trust, and easier for sales to use in conversations with prospects and customers.

This person turns technical proof into compelling content: application videos, short clips, product visuals, social media assets, sales enablement media, event content, webinar visuals, customer proof assets, and campaign creative.

The role is critical because Apera sells complex robotic vision technology. Buyers need to see it working. Sales needs visual proof. Marketing needs a steady content engine that can support demand generation, thought leadership, paid media, SDR outreach, website conversion, webinars, and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities

Application Video and Visual Content

  • Produce application videos that show Apera's 4D Vision technology solving real automation challenges.
  • Build and maintain a library of application-specific video content across use cases such as bin picking, machine tending, sorting, packaging, assembly, and other robotic vision applications.
  • Create short-form clips for LinkedIn, YouTube, SDR outreach, paid media, website pages, retargeting, webinar follow-up, and event follow-up.
  • Edit raw footage from engineering, demos, trade shows, customers, partners, and integrators into polished, usable marketing assets.
  • Add captions, motion graphics, annotations, diagrams, and simple explainers that make technical content easier to understand.

Brand and Campaign Content

  • Create campaign visuals for demand generation, ABM, webinars, content syndication, email, landing pages, and partner campaigns.
  • Support LinkedIn and social media content with graphics, short videos, carousels, and visual storytelling.
  • Turn longer-form assets such as webinars, reports, demos, and presentations into smaller derivative assets.
  • Support product launch and event campaigns with visual assets, booth content, recap videos, and post-event follow-up content.
  • Help maintain visual consistency across marketing channels.

Sales Enablement Media

  • Create visual assets that help SDRs and sales explain Apera's value quickly.
  • Produce short clips that can be used in sales outreach and follow-up.
  • Support case studies, customer proof points, and application stories with video and visual assets.
  • Build simple diagrams, animations, and graphics that explain how Apera's technology works and why it matters.
  • Partner with sales, product, and engineering to identify the most useful proof points and application examples.

Content Capture and Repurposing

  • Work with engineering, product, sales, partners, and integrators to capture new application demonstrations.
  • Organize and manage raw video, images, screenshots, customer-approved visuals, and product footage.
  • Repurpose existing footage into multiple formats for website, social, paid, sales, webinars, and events.
  • Help create a repeatable process for turning technical demonstrations into market-ready content.
  • Maintain a searchable and organized application media library that marketing and sales can use easily.

Website, Social and Digital Content Support

  • Create or adapt visuals for website application pages, industry pages, landing pages, resource pages, and campaign pages.
  • Support paid media creative for LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, retargeting, and other digital channels where appropriate.
  • Create visual assets for SEO/GEO content, including diagrams, explainer visuals, screenshots, and application graphics.
  • Support social media publishing with polished, on-brand assets that improve engagement and clarity.
  • Create thumbnails, captions, cutdowns, and short-form visual hooks that make technical content more consumable.
