Job Description
At Aperia, we rely on a dynamic team of Human Resources personnel to support our ever-evolving employee population. We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition (3 - 6-month contractor) who is responsible for collaborating with current Talent Acquisition team for end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, focusing on senior level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting and a proven track record of finding and engaging top IT talent. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with TA and Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition (TA) teams and hiring managers to understand the specific technical requirements for each role.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and goals.
- Find and Engage Top IT Talent:
- Source and connect with highly skilled IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive candidates.
- Manage Candidate Pipelines:
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless journey from sourcing candidates to their placement.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conduct Interviews and Assessments:
- Perform initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability for technical roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience:
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Functional Responsibilities
- Propagate an environment of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Communicate relentlessly with team, manager and leadership, to ensure transparency in all talent initiatives.
- Identify and implement key talent performance metrics and monitoring solutions to measure success.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, able to engage with users and stakeholders across disciplines, verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
- Use the highest levels of professionalism, diplomacy in working relationships across teams.
Technical Skills
- At least 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, focusing on IT talent in recent 3 years.
- Proven experience in attracting and onboarding top IT talents for high-demanding requirements, including senior/principal/lead positions that require multiple programming language comprehension.
- Possess strong network connections among IT communities, in Vietnam and particularly in Ho Chi Minh city.
- Knowledge and insights on the Vietnam IT talent market, including talent availability, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Demonstrated experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and utilizing social media and other channels for talent attraction.
- Data-driven mindset, using metrics and analytics to evaluate recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese; be able to build and maintain close relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Things that will separate you from the rest
- Degree in IT-related field.
- In-depth understanding of IT roles, technologies, trends, ability to assess technical skills.
- Previous experience working with C-level as hiring managers is highly desirable.

- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the selection process.
