- Work cross-functionally with HR, Admin, and department leads on payroll, cost, and reporting matters.
- Ensure statutory filings and internal reports are delivered against recurring monthly and annual deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate internal accounting workflows, including the use of AI-assisted tools.
- Communicate clearly with management and US-based leadership to ensure transparency.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager or director.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Advanced English, able to work directly with the US finance team.
- 6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a foreign-invested (FDI) or multinational environment.
- Solid command of Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and tax regulations (VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with VAS-compliant accounting software and e-invoicing used for statutory books in Vietnam.
- Strong understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, and statutory filing cycles.
- Familiarity with statutory audit and PIT finalization processes.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet recurring monthly and statutory deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
