Your Responsibilities as an IT Technician:
- Take calls and handle tickets documenting problems, researching, and resolving
- Monitor systems for problems such as outages, server, internet, etc across the US
- Experience working within a helpdesk system
- Configure computer systems and communication equipment for deployment with hardware and software, not limited to Windows 10, Office 365, Adobe, VPN, AutoCAD, ESRI
- Set up, deactivate, and maintain employee and computer accounts
- Image systems for mass deployments
- Successfully troubleshoot and resolve moderate technical issues
- Configure and monitor health of servers and network in monitoring software
- Track equipment and assets

What we're looking for:
- Minimum of GED or High School diploma
- Two years of college or trade school education in computer, networking, or computer security field
- 2 to 6 years of industry experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment while providing superb customer service
- Strong capability of working independently without supervision
- Proficient with MS Office suite or MS Office 365
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Technical writing experience
- Providing solutions found within our help desk system such as documenting solutions and/or resolutions (how tos, walk-throughs, what was found, etc)
- Moderate problem solving skills
- Positive, upbeat, can-do attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Good safety record and understanding of safe work practices
