Your Responsibilities as a Business Systems Analyst 3:
- Design innovative system solutions that meet user needs and align with business goals.
- Collaborate with IT, internal teams, and external vendors to drive software development, improvements, and issue resolution.
- Document and define project requirements, creating clear specifications and ensuring smooth implementation from start to finish.
- Provide expert support for enterprise applications, including training, system integration, and performance evaluations.
- Configure and implement applications to optimize performance and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies, safeguarding data and systems.

What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years in the field; certifications like CBAP, PMP, or CCMP are a plus.
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills with key partners.
- Experience in mentoring, training, and technical writing (e.g., SOPs, Business Requirements, Testing Plans).
- Efficient and organized with leadership abilities and advanced problem-solving skills.
